Translation: Attain self-established true nature, and discard both the universe and the body like a vessel of impurity.

चिदात्मनि सदानन्दे देहारूढामहंधियम् । निवेश्य लिङ्गमुत्सृज्य केवलो भव सर्वदा ॥ २९ ॥
Translation: Abide constantly as the pure self by placing the ego, identified with the body, in the blissful consciousness and relinquishing the subtle body.

यत्रैष जगदाभासो दर्पणान्तः पुरं यथा । तद्ब्रह्माहमिति ज्ञात्वा कृतकृत्यो भविष्यसि ॥ २९१ ॥
Translation: Realizing that I am Brahman, just as the world appears in a mirror, you will achieve fulfillment.

यत्सत्यभूतं निजरूपमाद्यं चिदद्वयानन्दमरूपमक्रियम् । तदेत्य मिथ्यावपुरुत्सृजेत शैलूषवद्वेषमुपात्तमात्मनः ॥ २९२ ॥
Translation: One should attain the true, primordial, non-dual blissful self, devoid of form and action, and discard the false identity assumed, like an actor shedding a costume.

सर्वात्मना दृश्यमिदं मृषैव नैवाहमर्थः क्षणिकत्वदर्शनात् । जानाम्यहं सर्वमिति प्रतीतिः कुतोऽहमादेः क्षणिकस्य सिध्येत् ॥ २९३ ॥
Translation: This entire perceived world is but an illusion; the perception that 'I am not' arises due to the vision of transience. The understanding 'I know everything'—how can it arise from something momentary?

अहंपदार्थस्त्वहमादिसाक्षी नित्यं सुषुप्तावपि भावदर्शनात् । ब्रूते ह्यजो नित्य इति श्रुतिः स्वयं तत्प्रत्यगात्मा सदसद्विलक्षणः ॥ २९४ ॥
Translation: The essence of the "I" is the witness of the ego and is eternal, even perceivable in deep sleep. The scriptures themselves declare this unborn and eternal inner self, distinct from both existence and non-existence.

विकारिणां सर्वविकारवेत्ता नित्याविकारो भवितुं समर्हति । मनोरथस्वप्नसुषुप्तिषु स्फुटं पुनः पुनर्दृष्टमसत्त्वमेतयोः ॥ २९५ ॥
Translation: The eternal, immutable knows all the transformations of those that change but is fit to remain unaffected. It is observed repeatedly that in dreaming and deep sleep, these transformations are nonexistent.

अतोऽभिमानं त्यज मांसपिण्डे पिण्डाभिमानिन्यपि बुद्धिकल्पिते । कालत्रयाबाध्यमखण्डबोधं ज्ञात्वा स्वमात्मानमुपैहि शान्तिम् ॥ २९६ ॥
Translation: Abandon the identification with the body, which is a mental construct; realizing the self as unaffected by the threefold time and possessing unbroken awareness, attain peace.

त्यजाभिमानं कुलगोत्रनाम रूपाश्रमेष्वार्द्रशवाश्रितेषु । लिङ्गस्य धर्मानपि कर्तृतादिंस् त्यक्ता भवाखण्डसुखस्वरूपः ॥ २९७ ॥
Translation: Abandon pride in lineage, names, form, and duties of the body; become the very essence of uninterrupted bliss.
