Commentary (टीका)
The verse emphasizes the core Advaitic principle that the diverse world, perceived due to ignorance, is fundamentally one with *Brahman*. This perceived multiplicity is an outcome of *ajñāna* or ignorance, which veil's one's true understanding. Once the erroneous notions (*bhāvanā-doṣam*) are dispelled, the underlying oneness of existence as Brahman becomes evident. The verse encourages rising above *nānā-rūpa* or diversity and perceiving the non-dual reality where all forms dissolve into the unity of *Brahman*, which is free of all limitations and defects associated with mistaken beliefs.
