Sloka (श्लोक)

योऽयं विज्ञानमायाः प्राणेषु हृदि स्फुरत्ययं ज्योतिः । 
कूटस्थः सन्नात्मा कर्ता भोक्ता भवत्युपाधिस्थः ॥ १८९ ॥

Transliteration (लिप्यांतरण)

yo'yaṁ vijñānamāyāḥ prāṇeṣu hṛdi sphuratayaṁ jyotiḥ | kūṭasthaḥ sannātmā kartā bhoktā bhavatyupādhisthaḥ || 189 ||

Translation (अनुवाद)

This light of consciousness that shines in the heart among the vital beings becomes the doer and enjoyer when associated with limitations, though the self remains unchanged.
