इस सूत्र में कहा गया है कि जैसे ही निष्कर्ष (उपसंहार) किया जाता है, उपमान प्रमाण की सिद्धि हो जाती है, जिससे कोई भेद (विशेष) शेष नहीं रहता। अर्थात्, उपमान के प्रमाण के रूप में स्वीकार होने पर और उपसंहार के बाद, अन्य प्रमाणों से इसमें कोई अंतर नहीं रह जाता।
