Swami Sivananda explains that the verses 20 to 23 describe how, through sustained concentration, a practitioner can access the ultimate peace within. Swami Ramsukhdas elaborates on different states during meditation like ‘*samādhi*’ (समाधि) where the triad of the perceiver, perception, and perceived converges into complete unity, leading to the quietude of the mind and ultimate self-contentment.
