When the mind is perfectly controlled and rests only in the Self, free from longing for all desires, then one is said to be united with yoga. It is at that time when the yogi is truly in harmony.

जब मन पूर्णतया नियंत्रण में होता है और केवल आत्मा में स्थित होता है, सभी इच्छाओं से मुक्त होता है, तब कहा जाता है कि वह योग से संयुक्त है। यह उस समय होता है जब योगी वास्तव मे संतुलन में होता है।
