जब दो निषेध (प्रतिषेध) आपस में विरोध करते हैं (विप्रतिषेध), तब उसमें भी वही दोष उत्पन्न होता है, जैसा कि सामान्यतः निषेध में दोष होता है। अर्थात, परस्पर विरोधी निषेधों में भी दोष की उपस्थिति मानी जाती है, जैसे कि किसी एक निषेध में दोष होता है।
English
When there is a mutual contradiction between two negations, the same kind of defect arises as is found in an ordinary negation. That is, the presence of a defect is acknowledged in mutually contradictory negations, just as it is in a single negation.
