इस सूत्र में कहा गया है कि जब दोनों पक्षों में समानता पाई जाती है, तो प्रक्रिया की सिद्धि होती है, और इस प्रकार वह प्रसंग के समान हो जाता है। अर्थात्, यदि किसी तर्क या प्रक्रिया में दोनों पक्षों में समान गुण या स्थिति है, तो उस प्रक्रिया की पुष्टि हो जाती है और वह वर्तमान प्रसंग के समान मानी जाती है।

This sūtra states that when there is similarity in both cases, the establishment of the procedure follows, making it analogous to the current context. In other words, if both sides in an argument or process share similar attributes or conditions, the procedure is validated and is considered comparable to the present case.
