यह सूत्र कहता है कि जो वस्तु उत्पन्न हो चुकी है, उसमें अनिवार्यता का गुण नहीं पाया जाता। अर्थात्, किसी भी उत्पन्न वस्तु के अस्तित्व का निषेध किया जाता है, क्योंकि उसमें अनिवार्यता नहीं होती। यहाँ ‘न’ के द्वारा निषेध किया गया है कि निष्पन्न वस्तु आवश्यक नहीं है।

This sūtra states that a produced entity does not possess the quality of necessity. That is, the existence of anything that has come into being is denied necessity, because it is not inevitable. The term ‘na’ negates the idea that what is produced is necessary.
