Translation/Explanation

Hindi: इस सूत्र में कहा गया है कि आकाश की भिन्नता के कारण (अर्थात्, आकाश अन्य तत्त्वों से भिन्न है), उसमें किसी विशेष गुण या क्रिया की स्थापना संभव नहीं है। अर्थात्, आकाश में अन्य तत्त्वों के गुण या क्रिया की सिद्धि नहीं हो सकती, क्योंकि उसकी प्रकृति अलग है।

English: This sūtra states that due to the distinctness of ākāśa (space/ether), the establishment of a particular quality or action in it is impossible. In other words, since ākāśa is fundamentally different from other substances, the attribution of certain qualities or actions to it cannot be logically justified.
