इस सूत्र में कहा गया है कि किसी प्रमाण के अवयवों के भी और छोटे अवयव (अवयव-अवयव) नहीं माने जाते। अर्थात्, न्याय में प्रमाण के अवयवों की और कोई उपविभाजन की स्वीकृति नहीं है।

This sūtra states that sub-components of components (i.e., further subdivisions of the constituents of a proof) are not admitted. In Nyāya philosophy, the constituents of a proof are not considered to have further technical subdivisions.
