इस सूत्र में कहा गया है कि क्लेशों की निरंतरता (क्लेशसन्तति) स्वाभाविक नहीं है, अर्थात् वह स्वभाव से उत्पन्न नहीं होती। इसका अर्थ है कि दुःख या क्लेश की श्रृंखला किसी प्राकृतिक या अनिवार्य नियम के कारण नहीं चलती, बल्कि उसके अन्य कारण होते हैं। अतः क्लेशों की निरंतरता को स्वाभाविक मानना उचित नहीं है।

This sūtra states that the sequence of afflictions (kleśasantati) is not inherent by nature; it does not arise from its own essential nature. This means that the continuity of suffering or affliction is not something natural or inevitable, but rather arises due to other causes. Therefore, it is not correct to consider the sequence of afflictions as natural.
