इस सूत्र में कहा गया है कि दुःख, मानसिक विकार और कर्म करने की प्रवृत्ति आपस में जुड़े हुए हैं। इनकी आपसी सम्बद्धता के कारण मोक्ष की अनुपस्थिति होती है। जब तक ये तीनों जुड़े रहते हैं, तब तक मुक्ति संभव नहीं है।

English

This sūtra states that pain, mental affliction, and the tendency towards action are interconnected. Because of their mutual association, liberation (freedom from suffering) is absent. As long as these three remain connected, liberation cannot be attained.
