इस सूत्र में कहा गया है कि जब किसी व्यवस्था या निश्चित क्रम के लिए कोई यथार्थ प्रमाण या औचित्य नहीं होता, तब उस व्यवस्था की स्थापना संभव नहीं होती। अर्थात्, यदि किसी सिद्धांत या धारणा के लिए पर्याप्त तर्क या प्रमाण नहीं है, तो उसकी व्यवस्था स्वीकार्य नहीं है।

This sūtra states that when there is no valid justification or proof for a particular determination or order, such determination cannot be established. In other words, if there is insufficient reasoning or evidence for a doctrine or concept, its arrangement or establishment is not acceptable.
