इस सूत्र में कहा गया है कि जो वस्तुएँ पहले ही नष्ट हो चुकी हैं, उनके संबंध में उत्पत्ति या सृजन की कोई संभावना नहीं रहती। अतः नष्ट पदार्थों के लिए उत्पत्ति का निषेध किया गया है। यहाँ न्याय में यह स्पष्ट किया गया है कि विनष्ट वस्तु में पुनः उत्पत्ति नहीं होती।

This sūtra states that for entities that have already been destroyed, there is no possibility of production or origination. Therefore, the production of destroyed entities is negated. In the context of Nyāya, it is clarified that a destroyed entity cannot be produced again.
