इस सूत्र में कहा गया है कि हमारे लिए, अर्थात् ज्ञाता के दृष्टिकोण से, जब गति या प्रक्रिया का अभाव होता है, तब कोई अनुभव या संचरण संभव नहीं होता। गति के अभाव के कारण ज्ञान या अनुभूति नहीं हो सकती।

This sūtra states that for us, that is, from the perspective of the knower, when there is an absence of movement or process, no experience or transmission is possible. Due to the absence of movement, knowledge or cognition cannot occur.
