इस सूत्र में कहा गया है कि मन के अत्यंत तीव्र गति के कारण, पूर्वोक्त निषेध (किसी विशेषता या संबंध का) लागू नहीं होता। अर्थात्, मन की शीघ्रता के कारण उस पर वह आपत्ति लागू नहीं की जा सकती, जो अन्य विषयों पर हो सकती है।

This sūtra states that due to the extreme swiftness of the mind, the previously mentioned negation (of a particular attribute or relation) does not apply. In other words, because the mind moves with great speed, the objection or denial applicable to other entities cannot be applied to it.
