इस सूत्र में कहा गया है कि दूध के संबंध में निषेध किया गया है, क्योंकि रूपांतरण (परिणाम) के कारण उसमें नए गुणों की उत्पत्ति होती है। अर्थात्, जब दूध में परिवर्तन होता है, तो उसमें भिन्न गुण प्रकट होते हैं, इसलिए पूर्व रूप (दूध) के लिए निषेध किया जाता है।

This sūtra states that negation applies to milk because, due to transformation, new properties manifest in it. That is, when milk undergoes transformation, different qualities appear, and therefore, the previous state (milk) is negated.
