इस सूत्र में कहा गया है कि जिस कारण से कोई वस्तु ग्रहण नहीं होती, उसी कारण से उसका अग्रহণ (न ग्रहण होना) भी सिद्ध होता है। अर्थात्, यदि किसी विशेष साधन से किसी वस्तु का ज्ञान नहीं होता, तो उसी साधन के द्वारा उस वस्तु का अग्रহণ भी प्रमाणित होता है।
English
This sūtra states that the non-apprehension of an object is established by the very same means through which its apprehension fails. In other words, if a particular means does not lead to the knowledge of an object, then by that very means, the non-apprehension of that object is also established.
