तद्व्यवस्थानं तु भूयस्त्वात्

यह सूत्र बताता है कि किसी विषय या वस्तु की निश्चितता या स्थिरता मुख्य रूप से उसकी अधिकता या प्रधानता के कारण होती है। अर्थात जहाँ किसी एक पक्ष की अधिकता होती है, वहाँ उसी की स्थिरता या निर्णय माना जाता है।

This sūtra states that the determination or definite establishment of something is primarily due to its predominance or majority. In other words, wherever there is a predominance of one aspect, the decision or establishment is attributed to that predominance.
