इस सूत्र में कहा गया है कि वध (नाश) होने पर कार्य के आश्रय (आधार) और कर्ता (कर्ता) का अस्तित्व नहीं रहता। अर्थात्, जब नाश होता है, तब कार्य का आधार और कर्ता दोनों ही नहीं माने जाते।

This sūtra states that when destruction occurs, the substratum and agent of the effect are negated. In other words, upon destruction, the existence of the effect's substratum and agent is no longer accepted.
