न; उष्णशीतवर्षाकालनिमित्तत्वात् पञ्चात्मकविकाराणाम्

इस सूत्र में कहा गया है कि पाँच तत्वों से बने विकारों (परिवर्तनों) के लिए उष्णता, शीतलता, वर्षा या समय कारण नहीं होते। अर्थात्, इन परिवर्तनों का मूल कारण ये बाह्य परिस्थितियाँ नहीं हैं, बल्कि उनका कारण कुछ और है।

This sūtra states that heat, cold, rain, or time are not the causes of the fivefold modifications. In other words, these external conditions are not the fundamental causes for the transformations composed of the five elements; their true cause lies elsewhere.
