इस सूत्र में कहा गया है कि वर्ण (रंग या गुण) का विकार (परिवर्तन) उपर्युक्त कारणों – जैसे एक गुण का दूसरे में बदलना, नाश, कमी, वृद्धि, अल्पता या संयोग – के कारण संभव है। अर्थात्, जब इन कारणों में से कोई भी उपस्थित होता है, तब वर्ण या गुण में परिवर्तन उत्पन्न होता है। यह परिवर्तन विकार की संभावना के कारण होता है।

English

This sūtra states that the transformation of color or quality occurs due to the aforementioned causes, such as transformation of one quality into another, destruction, diminution, increase, slightness, or conjunction. When any of these causes are present, a change in color or quality arises. This change is possible because of the inherent possibility of transformation.
