इस सूत्र में कहा गया है कि नित्य वस्तुएँ इन्द्रियों की पहुँच से परे होती हैं, और उनके धर्मों में भेद होने के कारण उनके गुणों या रंगों में जो परिवर्तन होते हैं, उनका निषेध नहीं किया जा सकता। अर्थात्, नित्य वस्तुओं में गुणों के परिवर्तन को अस्वीकार नहीं किया जा सकता क्योंकि वे इन्द्रियगोचर नहीं हैं और उनके धर्मों में भेद संभव है।

English

This sūtra states that eternal entities are beyond the reach of the senses, and due to distinctions in their properties, the modifications of their qualities (such as color) cannot be negated. That is, changes in the qualities of eternal entities cannot be excluded, since they are supersensible and their properties can differ.
