यह सूत्र बताता है कि जब कोई व्यक्ति किसी विषय का अध्यापन करता है, तो उस क्रिया के कारण उस पर निषेध लागू नहीं होता। अर्थात्, पढ़ाने की प्रक्रिया में कोई रोक-टोक या निषेध नहीं होता, क्योंकि ज्ञान का प्रसार करना वांछनीय है।

This sūtra states that when someone engages in teaching, there is no prohibition applied to that act. In other words, the process of imparting knowledge is not subject to restriction, as the dissemination of knowledge is considered desirable in the Nyāya system.
