इस सूत्र में कहा गया है कि किसी पात्र का भरना, जलाना या फाड़ना, इन क्रियाओं से वस्तुओं के बीच कोई संबंध स्थापित नहीं होता। बल्कि जब किसी वस्तु का अनुभव या उपलब्धि नहीं होती, तभी उनके बीच संबंध का अभाव माना जाता है। अर्थात्, केवल इन क्रियाओं से संबंध का निषेध नहीं होता, बल्कि अनुपलब्धि ही संबंध के अभाव का प्रमाण है।

This sūtra states that actions like filling, burning, or tearing do not themselves establish or negate the relation between entities. Rather, it is the non-perception (anupalabdhi) of an object or event that serves as the indicator of the absence of relation. In other words, the mere occurrence of these actions does not prove the absence of relation; only non-perception is the valid indicator of relational absence.
