इस सूत्र में कहा गया है कि अर्थ का कोई भिन्नता नहीं है, अर्थात् जिस विषय की चर्चा हो रही है, उसमें अन्य अर्थ की संभावना नहीं है, क्योंकि अर्थान्तरभाव का अभाव है। यहाँ निषेध के द्वारा यह स्पष्ट किया गया है कि तात्पर्य में कोई अन्य अर्थ नहीं जोड़ा जा सकता।

This sūtra states that there is no difference of meaning; that is, in the context under discussion, there is no possibility of another meaning because the difference of meaning is absent. Through negation, it is clarified that no other intended meaning can be attached.
