इस सूत्र में कहा गया है कि शरीर वह आधार है जिसमें क्रिया, इन्द्रियाँ और उनके विषय स्थित होते हैं। अर्थात्, शरीर के बिना न तो कोई क्रिया संभव है, न इन्द्रियों का कार्य, और न ही इन्द्रियों के विषयों का अनुभव। यह शरीर की आधारभूत भूमिका को स्पष्ट करता है।

This sūtra states that the body is the substratum for activity, sense organs, and their objects. In other words, without the body, neither activity nor the functioning of the senses, nor the experience of sense objects is possible. It highlights the fundamental role of the body as the basis for these phenomena.
