Commentary (टीका)
This sloka reflects the state of a sage who has realized the eternal truth of *brahman* and lives in the blissful awareness of non-duality. The sage, identified as *muneḥ*, is described as being in constant happiness that transcends dualities - this is the *pūrṇa-advaya-ānanda* state. Such a sage does not wait for any particular time, place, or condition to abandon the body (*tvak-māṁsa-viṭ-piṇḍa*), as their realization surpasses physical constraints. The *brahman* mentioned in this context is the oneness of existence, the realization of which leads to an eternal state of equanimity beyond worldly actions or duties.
