Commentary (टीका)

This verse underscores the path of self-realization and advaita (non-duality). The mahāmate, or wise individual, is encouraged to view oneself as non-dual, essentially undivided from the universe. By focusing on one's own inherent bliss ('svānanda'), one is encouraged to lead their life fully conscious of their true nature. This promotes a transcendent state of being where time is simply a vehicle for experiencing one's bliss. The verse invites a reflection on the unity of self and the ultimate reality, encouraging aspirants to adopt a perspective that aligns with self-awareness and self-contentment.
