Translation (अनुवाद)

The glory of the ocean of supreme Brahman filled with the nectar of one's own bliss cannot be spoken or even contemplated by the mind. May my mind, absorbed in its mere fraction, now be blissful and content like the washed-away rainy rock.

Commentary (टीका)

This verse poetically expresses the ineffable nature of the supreme reality, parabrahman, which is so profound that it eludes both verbal expression and mental conception. The ānanda, or bliss, experienced through merging with even a fraction of this reality, fills one with deep nirvṛti, or contentment. The imagery of the scattered rainy rock emphasizes the insignificance of worldly matters when one attunes with such supreme consciousness. The verse invites us to meditate (bhaja) and seek union with the ultimate source of bliss, transcending the limitations of mind and speech.
