Commentary (टीका)
This verse underscores the importance of *nirantara-abhyāsa* (continuous practice) in the dissolution of the *manas* (mind) into the ultimate reality, *Brahman*. As the mind becomes *pakva* (ripened) through sustained practice, it attains a state of amalgamation with the Brahman, resulting in a *samādhi* (state of meditation) which is *savikalpa-varjitaḥ* (devoid of thought). This meditation naturally leads to *advaya-ānanda* (non-dual bliss), exemplifying the seamless realization of the self's oneness with the universal consciousness. The illustration of flipping from multiplicity to singularity in awareness highlights the Vedantic pursuit of the self-realization and ultimate truth.
