Commentary (टीका)

This verse highlights the transformative power of dedicated meditation. Just as an insect can change its state to that of a bee through focused intent, a yogi can attain the realization of the Supreme Self by withdrawing from external distractions and maintaining a focused and one-pointed meditation on the paramātma-tattva. This metaphor underscores both the simplicity and profundity of transformation through ekaniṣṭha, emphasizing the necessity of unwavering focus in spiritual practices for realizing one's higher self and achieving liberation.
