Commentary (टीका)
The sloka highlights the dissolution of ignorance through deep meditation, leading to the realization of the non-dual self. The 'granthi' or knot in the heart symbolizes the bonds of ignorance that keep individuals in a state of dualistic perception. Through the practice of *avikalpa samādhi*, where conceptual thought ceases, these knots are entirely dissolved, enabling the perceiver to experience 'advaitātma-darśanam', or the sight of the non-dual self. This state represents the ultimate liberation from mental constructs, achieving unity with the ultimate reality.
