Commentary (टीका)
This verse elucidates the concept of liberation through the realization of one's self in all beings, both movable (jaṅgama) and stationary (sthira). By recognizing the *ātman* as the foundation of everything and transcending all external limitations or upādhis, an individual achieves a state of wholeness or pūrṇātman. Here, the mukta or liberated is not confined by dualities, thus existing within an akhaṇḍa-rūpa — an unbroken, infinite form of consciousness. Liberation (mukti) is depicted not as an external achievement, but an intrinsic realization of unity and completeness.
