Sloka (श्लोक)

यथा यथा प्रत्यगवस्थितं मनः
तथा तथा मुञ्चति बाह्यवासनाम् ।
निःशेषमोक्षे सति वासनानां
आत्मानुभूतिः प्रतिबन्धशून्या ॥ २७६ ॥

यथा यथा प्रत्यगवस्थितं मनः
तथा तथा मुञ्चति बाह्यवासनाम् ।
निःशेषमोक्षे सति वासनानाम्
आत्मानुभूतिः प्रतिबन्धशून्या ॥

Transliteration (लिप्यांतरण)

yathā yathā pratyagavasthitaṁ manaḥ
tathā tathā muñcati bāhyavāsanām |
niḥśeṣa-mokṣe sati vāsanānām
ātmānubhūtiḥ pratibandhaśūnyā || 276 ||

Translation (अनुवाद)

As the mind turns inward, it gradually releases external desires. When all desires are eradicated, the experience of the self becomes unimpeded.
