Commentary (टीका)
This verse emphasizes the Advaitic philosophy that the entirety of creation is a manifestation of Brahman, the ultimate reality. Any belief in a separate existence apart from Brahman is termed as delusion or moha, a result of ignorance or avidya. The verse further likens such delusional affirmations to the incoherent babble of one who is asleep, highlighting the need to awaken from ignorance. This reinforces the concept of non-duality (advaita), where the perception of duality is attributed to ignorance or illusion. Recognizing the 'Truth' as one indivisible and non-separable reality aids in overcoming delusion and attaining liberation.
