ब्रह्मभूतस्तु संसृत्यै विद्वान्नावर्तते पुनः । विज्ञातव्यमतः सम्यग्ब्रह्माभिन्नत्वमात्मनः ॥ २२४ ॥

brahmabhūtaḥ tu saṁsṛtyai vidvān na āvartate punaḥ | vijñātavyam ataḥ samyak brahmābhinnatvam ātmanaḥ || 224 ||
Translation (अनुवाद)
The one who has become Brahman does not return to worldly existence; hence, one must truly realize the non-difference between the Self and Brahman.

Commentary (टीका)
This verse emphasizes the idea of liberation through realization of one's true nature. When a person becomes brahmabhūtaḥ, or one with Brahman, they transcend saṁsāra. The verse directs the aspirant to recognize the non-separateness (abheda) of ātmā and brahman. The true vidvān, or wise one, achieves this realization and thus escapes the cycle of birth and rebirth. Understanding brahmābhinnatva liberates one from illusion, marking the culmination of spiritual pursuit according to Vedantic philosophy.
