Translation (अनुवाद)
Some Yogis sacrifice the outgoing breath (apāna) into the incoming breath (prāṇa); others do the reverse. Yet others, absorbed in the practice of prāṇāyāma, restrain the courses of the breath (prāṇa and apāna).
