Sloka (श्लोक)
ये यथा मां प्रपद्यन्ते तांस्तथैव भजाम्यहम्। मम वर्त्मानुवर्तन्ते मनुष्याः पार्थ सर्वशः।।4.11।।

ye yathā māṁ prapadyante tāṁs tathaiva bhajāmy aham mama vartmānuvartante manuṣyāḥ pārtha sarvaśaḥ
Translation (अनुवाद)
In whatever way people approach Me, I reward them accordingly. O Pārtha (Arjuna), everyone follows My path in all respects.

In this sloka, Śrī Kṛṣṇa elucidates a fundamental law of divine reciprocation: individuals receive divine response relative to their approach to the divine.
