इस सूत्र में कहा गया है कि किसी वस्तु की प्रकृति पर कोई निश्चित नियम लागू नहीं होता, अर्थात् उसकी स्वाभाविकता पर कोई बंधन नहीं है। यहाँ यह स्पष्ट किया गया है कि जब किसी चीज़ की प्रकृति पर कोई अनिवार्य नियम नहीं है, तब उसमें अनिश्चितता या विविधता संभव है।

This sūtra states that there is no fixed restriction imposed upon the inherent nature of a thing; its essential constitution is not bound by any absolute rule. Thus, when the nature of something is not subject to a strict rule, indeterminacy or variability is possible.
