इस सूत्र में कहा गया है कि दोष वे हैं, जिनकी पहचान इस बात से होती है कि वे किसी प्रकार की प्रवृत्ति या प्रेरणा उत्पन्न करते हैं। अर्थात्, अविद्या, राग, द्वेष आदि दोषों की विशेषता यह है कि वे मनुष्य को किसी कार्य के लिए प्रेरित करते हैं।
English
This sūtra states that defects are those which are characterized by their capacity to instigate or prompt action. In other words, defects such as ignorance, attachment, and aversion are identified by the fact that they motivate or drive individuals toward action.
