यदा ते मोहकलिलं बुद्धिर्व्यतितरिष्यति। तदा गन्तासि निर्वेदं श्रोतव्यस्य श्रुतस्य च।।2.52।।

Translation (अनुवाद)
When your intellect (buddhi) crosses beyond the mire of delusion (mohakalila), then you shall attain indifference (nirveda) to what is to be heard (śrotavya) and what has already been heard (śruta).

In this sloka, *Kṛṣṇa* advises **Arjuna** that when the *buddhi* (intellect) transcends the *mohakalila* (mire of delusion), one attains a state of *nirveda* (indifference) towards all worldly experiences and teachings. The delusion is described as the false identification with the transient, including attachment to family, possessions, and the body. These attachments are the mire that obstructs true perception (*viveka*).
The commentary extends to illustrate that the *mohakalila* leads to confusion and attachment, binding individuals to the worldly cycle or *saṁsāra*.
