यदि सभा के समक्ष दोनों उत्तरदाता (प्रतिवादी) किसी कथन को तीन बार भी प्रस्तुत करें, फिर भी यदि वह कथन सभा के लिए अज्ञात या उसका अर्थ स्पष्ट न हो, तो वह कथन अज्ञात अर्थ वाला ही माना जाएगा। अर्थात्, केवल बार-बार कहने से भी यदि सभा को अर्थ न समझ आए, तो वह कथन ग्राह्य नहीं होता।&lt;br /&gt;
